(NASDAQ:SRBK), the holding company for Somerset Regal Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, an increase of $0.01 per share, or 20%, payable on July 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2026.
