Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 22, 2026, SRx Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Halo, Purely for Pets, Inc., made an investment in Astro Investment XVII, an affiliate of Astro Capital. The amount of the investment is greater than 10% of the Company’s aggregate treasury assets. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
