First Quarter 2023 Highlights:

Q1 2023 GAAP and Adjusted Revenue growth was 5.2 percent.
SS&C generated net cash from operating activities of $254.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2023, up 38.9 percent compared to the same time period 2022.
Q1 2023 we bought back 2.3 million shares for $134.7 million, at an average price of $59.19 per share.
We paid down $44.6 million in debt in Q1 2023, bringing our net leverage ratio to 3.38 times consolidated EBITDA attributable to SS&C.
SS&C reported GAAP net income attributable to SS&C of $126.0 million and adjusted consolidated EBITDA attributable to SS&C of $509.0 million for Q1 2023.
GAAP net income margin for Q1 2023 was 9.2 percent. Adjusted consolidated EBITDA margin for Q1 2023 was 37.3 percent.
SS&C Blue Prism was named a leader in Robotics Process Automation in Forrester's Q1 2023 Analyst Report, "The Forrester Wave".

Operating Cash Flow

SS&C generated net cash from operating activities of $254.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2023, compared to $183.5 million for the same period in 2022, a 38.9% increase. SS&C ended the first quarter with $433.3 million in cash and cash equivalents and $7,087.0 million in gross debt. SS&C's net debt balance as defined in our credit agreement, which excludes cash and cash equivalents of $130.2 million held at DomaniRx, LLC was $6,783.9 million as of March 31, 2023. SS&C's consolidated net leverage ratio as defined in our credit agreement stood at 3.38 times consolidated EBITDA attributable to SS&C as of March 31, 2023. SS&C's net secured leverage ratio stood at 2.39 times consolidated EBITDA attributable to SS&C as of March 31, 2023.

(1)	Purchase accounting adjustments include (a) an adjustment to increase revenues by the amount that would have been recognized if deferred revenue were not adjusted to fair value at the date of acquisition, (b) an adjustment to increase personnel and commissions expense by the amount that would have been recognized if prepaid commissions and deferred personnel costs were not adjusted to fair value at the date of the acquisitions and (c) an adjustment to decrease depreciation expense by the amount that would not have been recognized if property, plant and equipment were not adjusted to fair value at the date of acquisition.
