This is an increase of $0.01, or 3.13 percent, compared to a cash dividend of $0.32 in the same period in the prior year. The annualized yield using the April 23, 2024, closing price of $31.15 is 4.24 percent. The dividend is payable May 23, 2024, to shareholders of record on May 9, 2024.
