On November 21, 2022, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending October 1, 2022. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
