This represents results for the third quarter for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, payable on March 15, 2022, to the holders of record as of the close of business on February 28, 2022.
