Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents an estimated number of shares of the issuer's Class A Common Stock held by Stice Investments, Ltd., which are subject to the gift by Travis Stice's spouse to the TDS 2024 Trust (the "Trust"), of which Mr. Stice is the sole trustee and primary beneficiary and his adult children are secondary beneficiaries. Effective as of May 31, 2024, Mr. Stice's spouse gifted an estimated 8% limited partner interest in Stice Investments, Ltd., which interest was owned by her as of that date as her sole and separate property, to the Trust pursuant to the gift assignment executed effective as of May 31, 2024, which interest was calculated based on the third party valuation of the fair market value of the gifted interest as of May 31, 2024, subject to completion of the final valuation.

2. Stice Investments, Ltd. is managed by Stice Management, LLC, its general partner. Mr. Stice and his spouse hold 100% of the membership interest in Stice Management, LLC, of which Mr. Stice is the manager. Mr. Stice may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of securities beneficially owned by his spouse and, as a result, the gifted interest did not change Mr. Stice's beneficial ownership of the issuer's securities following the reported transaction(s).
