Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 19, 2024, Sarah Barkema, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, notified Stitch Fix, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign from the Company, effective September 13, 2024. In connection with Ms. Barkema’s resignation, David Aufderhaar, Chief Financial Officer, will assume the responsibilities of principal accounting officer, effective September 13, 2024.
