Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 11, 2025, Stitch Fix, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2025 ended February 1, 2025. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on March 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m Pacific Time to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and incorporated by reference herein.
