Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On June 24, 2024 STRATA Skin Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that, STRATA has regained
compliance with the Nasdaq listing requirements as required by Rule 5550(a)(2), and the Company will continue to trade on Nasdaq.
