Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 6, 2025, the Board of Directors of Strawberry Fields Realty, Inc. declared a cash dividend on its common stock (the “Common Stock”) in the amount of $0.16 per share (the “Dividend”). The Dividend will be payable in cash on December 30, 2025 to holders of record of the Common Stock as of December 16, 2025.
