Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 17, 2022, Mr. Joe Oblas notified Stryve Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of his decision to resign from his role as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and from the Company’s Board, effective immediately. Mr. Oblas’ resignations were not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Oblas on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices and the Company’s intention is not to fill the CGO position.
