Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 28, 2025, SUNation Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the closing on February 27, 2025 of a registered direct offering previously reported by the Company in a Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
