Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 15, 2025, Sunshine Biopharma Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2025. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
