On November 5, 2021, Superior Energy Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, announced its financial results for, among other things, the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021 and a conference call with its shareholders. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
