Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 18, 2022, Dr. Arturo Molina notified Sutro Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign from his role as Chief Medical Officer of the Company, effective November 4, 2022. Dr. Molina’s resignation did not result from any disagreements with management or the board of directors of the Company.
