1. Reflects automatic tax withholding of shares in connection with the vesting and settlement of one-third of the Restricted Stock Units ("RSU") granted on February 24, 2022.

2. Reflects automatic tax withholding of shares in connection with the vesting and settlement of one-third of the RSUs granted on February 24, 2023.
