Explanation of Responses:

1. Granted pursuant to the Five Star Bancorp 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The award of restricted stock vests annually in equal installments over five years, provided Mr. Dalton, the reporting person, remains employed by Five Star Bancorp on the respective vesting dates.

2. Includes 7,000 shares granted pursuant to the Five Star Bancorp 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (including 4,200 shares which have vested and 2,800 which are scheduled to vest in equal installments over the remainder of a five-year period, provided Mr. Dalton remains employed by Five Star Bancorp on the respective vesting dates) and 6,000 shares granted pursuant to the Five Star Bancorp 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (including 1,200 shares which have vested and 4,800 which are scheduled to vest in equal installments over the remainder of a five-year period, provided Mr. Dalton remains employed by Five Star Bancorp on the respective vesting dates).
