Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 7, 2021, Teresa Borden informed Switch, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention to retire from her position as the Chief Construction Officer of the Company, effective December 31, 2021. Ms. Borden’s responsibilities will be absorbed by the Company’s other officers.
