(NASDAQ:CHEK) voted overwhelmingly to elect all the director nominees proposed by Symetryx at the Annual General Meeting held on December 18th 2023. The CHEK shareholders, amongst other matters, voted overwhelmingly not to approve the proposed merger with Keystone Dental.
