Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 12, 2021, Thomas Allen resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Syneos Health, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Allen’s decision was not related to the Company’s operations, policies, practices or financial performance.
