Resignation of Director

On August 1, 2023, Ryan Caswell notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of System1, Inc. of his resignation from the Board, effective as of the close of business on August 1, 2023. Mr. Caswell served on the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee at the time of his resignation.
