On May 6, 2024, Talos Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
