On May 14, 2025, Tamboran Resources Corporation issued an earnings presentation and press release announcing its
financial and operating results for the quarter year ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the earnings presentation is attached as Exhibit
99.1 and a copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by
reference.
