On August 7, 2024, Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) and filed its Quartterly Report on Form
10-Q announcing its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2024. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
