Item 7.01. Regulation FD.
On July 17, 2025, TAO Synergies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its acquisition of TAO tokens as part of its digital asset treasury strategy directed toward TAO. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On July 17, 2025, the Company announced aggregate purchases to date of 29,899 TAO tokens totaling approximately $10 million.
