1. Represents grant of restricted shares which vest on January 1, 2024.

2. Total reflects 20:1 reverse stock split effected by the Issuer on June 7, 2023.

3. Held by Taylor Capital LLC, a company in which the Reporting Person has sole voting and dispositive control over the shares. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares owned by Taylor Capital LLC except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
