Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 24, 2024, TC Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration by the Board of Directors on June 20, 2024, of a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on July 19, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 5, 2024. For additional information reference is made to the Company's press release dated June 24, 2024, which is included hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
