Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On December 8, 2021, Pierre R. Brondeau notified TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) that he has decided to retire from the Board of Directors and will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 9, 2022. Mr. Brondeau advised the Company that his decision to not stand for re-election did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
