On January 6, 2025, André C. Bouchard, Executive Vice President, Administration, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Team, Inc. (the “Company”) provided notice of his decision to resign from his positions with the Company, effective January 18, 2025. Mr. Bouchard’s resignation was a personal decision to pursue another opportunity and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
