Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 1, 2022, Tejon Ranch Co. (“Company”) received notification from Joseph Rentfro, who serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Real Estate, would be resigning this office with the Company. Mr. Renfro’s resignation is effective April 1, 2022, at which time his employment with the Company will end.
