Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 21, 2024, Brooke Peterson, a non-independent director of Tellurian Inc. (the “Company”) who served on the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) since 2017, notified the Company that he has resigned from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Peterson informed the Company that his resignation was for health reasons and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board or any of the directors, officers, or employees of the Company.
