Other Events.

On March 28, 2023, Tellurian Inc. (the “Company”) irrevocably deposited with Wilmington Trust, National Association, the trustee for its $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.00% senior secured convertible notes due May 1, 2025 (the “Convertible Notes”), $169,165,990 in cash in order to satisfy the redemption and retirement of $166,666,000 principal amount of the Convertible Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the first supplemental indenture, dated June 3, 2022, between the Company, Wilmington Trust, National Association and the collateral agent named therein.
