On June 2, 2025, TEN Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the launch of an Early Adopter Program for its software-as-a-service product, Ten Events Pro. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
