(b) On April 3, 2024, Todd Cione notified Teradata Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Revenue Officer of the Company, effective as of April 5, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). Mr. Cione was a named executive officer of the Company. The Company has appointed Richard Petley, the Company’s EVP, Global Sales, as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer effective as of the Effective Date.
