On December 23, 2024, TeraWulf Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call with investors, analysts and others to discuss the Company’s partnership with Core42, a G42 company specializing in sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure and digital services. A copy of the call transcript is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
