Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on January 28, 2026, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its fourth quarter 2025 financial results on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at https://investors.terex.com.
