Other Events

On May 5, 2021, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. announced a tenth share repurchase program. Under this repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to $5,000,000 of the Company’s outstanding shares. A copy of the press release announcing the share repurchase program is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
