On May 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share payable on June 10, 2024 to shareholders of record as of May 28, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
