Item 8.01.						Other Events.

On April 27, 2023, The Hershey Company furnished a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original 8-K") that included, as Exhibit 99.1, a press release dated April 27, 2023, announcing its financial performance for the quarter ended April 2, 2023. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Original 8-K solely for the purpose of correcting an inaccuracy in the chart on page 3 of the Press Release under “First Quarter 2023 Components of Net Sales Growth” wherein the International organic price reported as “0.1%” should have stated “5.2%” and the International organic volume/mix reported as “17.4%” should have stated “12.3%.” As a result, the Total Company organic price reported as “8.9%” should have stated “9.3%” and the Total Company organic volume/mix reported as “3.3%” should have stated “2.9%.”

Other than the changes discussed in this Current Report on Form 8-K/A, no other changes have been made to the Original 8-K or the press release furnished therewith.
