Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously announced, the Lovesac Company (the “Company”) will host its 2024 Investor Day on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. At the event, members of the Company’s executive team will provide a formal presentation on the Company’s strategy and initiatives, along with a Q&A session. A live video webcast of the conference, including the slide deck that will be used during the presentation, will be accessible by the general public via the Company’s website at https://investor.lovesac.com/ on the day of the event. An online replay of the Investor Day meeting will be available on the Company’s website shortly following the conclusion of the live webcast. A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing this conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
