On May 2, 2025, Jeremy Castle provided notice of his resignation as Chief Operating Officer of The Oncology Institute, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of May 30, 2025. Mr. Castle’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Castle and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
