On October 24, 2024, The Simply Good Foods Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), reported its results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended August 31, 2024. The results are discussed in detail in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, the Company has posted an investor presentation at www.thesimplygoodfoodscompany.com.
