On November 24, 2021, Tiga Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the receipt of certain proceeds received in connection with the extension of the time period to consummate a Business Combination and the issuance of certain private placement warrants, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
