On November 13, 2025, Tivic Health Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting finding of the Clinical Optimization Study for its non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation device. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein.
