On May 15, 2025, Toppoint Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing results is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
