Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 26, 2022, Nancy Mahon resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of TPG Pace Beneficial Finance Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately, in light of her other professional commitments. Ms. Mahon’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
