On June 10, 2024, Murray Roos resigned from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tradeweb Markets Inc. (the "Company"), effective as of such date. Mr. Roos' resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Roos for his dedicated service on the Board and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
