Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 21, 2024, Trevi Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that enrollment has been completed in the Company's Phase 2a RIVER trial of Haduvio (oral nalbuphine ER) for the treatment of refractory chronic cough and the Company expects to report topline data in the first quarter of 2025.
