Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 6, 2021, Tricida, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. On April 27, 2021, the Company announced that it will host a conference call and webcast at 4:30 pm Eastern Time, on May 6, 2021, during which the Company will discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021 and report its business progress.
